Fanolas Neutralizer is the second part to any Fanola perm. It contains herbs: Nettle, Sage, tarassaco oficinalis, Achillea China and Rosemary.
Fanolas Neutralizer must be rinsed with lukewarm water. Pour into a bowl 80mls of Neutralizer. Dip the hair still rolled on curlers, with a sponge. Setting time is 5 minutes. Unroll and apply the remaining product for another 5 minutes. Final treatment: rinse out with luke warm water and proceed with hairstyle.
